Replacement and return procedures

Refund of payments:

- If the refund option is available according to Flowery's policy, which is in accordance with the terms of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom, this will take place within a period ranging from one to ten working days, depending on the policy of the bank used in the payment process.
- Refunds will only be available if your entire order is unavailable or if you contact us within the specified timeframe. Please note that refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

- Please note that all of our work is made to order, so we cannot refund your purchase if you change your mind. However, you can cancel your order and receive a refund by notifying us at least 48 hours before the delivery time. If you notify us less than 48 hours before the delivery time, you cannot cancel your order. Same-day orders can be canceled if you contact us within 20 minutes.
- Because we are dealing with natural roses, please take into consideration the rose seasons, in terms of the different shape and size of the roses, whether they are open or closed, and the varying degrees of their colors as they reach us from their source.
- Regarding cancellation of orders that include a cake product, we will not be able to cancel them, as after the customer approves all product details and executes the order, the cake order will be executed electronically by the cake supplier.
Flowery may have to cancel your order, in which case you will be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

- The recipient's address is outside our delivery area.
- - There was a problem confirming your order and we did not receive a response from you for more than 24 hours.
- - The product is not available and we were unable to find a suitable alternative for you or we provided you with an available alternative and it was not suitable for you.
- Attention: If the order is out for delivery and the recipient refuses to receive the order, the buyer can choose another person to receive the gift and pay the shipping cost again.
Cases in which the order value cannot be refunded:

- Selecting a delivery city that does not match the one selected when placing the order.
- When a product is available that is 90% similar to the requested product due to the difference in color shades due to seasons.
