1- The recipient will be contacted after confirming the order and before the delivery representative leaves.
2- Please ensure that the recipient's information is correct. If incorrect information is entered, the store disclaims any responsibility.
3- If the recipient does not respond, the sender will be notified.
4- The store is not responsible for the recipient’s refusal to receive the order. The order will be returned to the store and there will be no return in this case.
5- If some types of roses, packaging type, ribbon color, or vase shape are not available, we will replace the selected bouquet with similar types that match the price.
6- We guarantee that our valued customers will receive their order on the same day, or on the date specified by the customer, according to our delivery schedule.
7- For delivery requests to hospitals, military housing, or closed residential complexes, you must coordinate with a person within these areas to receive the order. The store disclaims any responsibility if security personnel refuse to allow you to enter.
8- The recipient’s location data is subject to our privacy policy and cannot be shared with the buyer under any circumstances.
9- Make sure that the card is written correctly before completing the order, as the card cannot be modified after completing the order.
10- There is no delivery of financial amounts with the packages.
What happens if the recipient refuses the gift, or the recipient cannot be reached?
In these cases, there is no return, and we must provide another recipient number within 48 hours or the order will be delivered to the buyer.

Return Policy
1- You have the right to return the product within 12 hours of receiving it or replace it in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
You received a completely damaged product.

3- The amount or part of it cannot be refunded in the following cases:
The recipient refused to accept the gift.
There is any incorrect information provided by the buyer.
The recipient of the gift is not present or is late in receiving it for 30 minutes.
Our inability to contact or reach the gift recipient for reasons beyond our control.

4- Refund procedures:
The refund will be the same as the way you paid it, as follows:
If you paid the amount by credit card, the amount will be returned to you within approximately (7) working days to the same card through which the payment was made.
It takes 1 to 7 business days for the amount to be returned to your account, depending on the customer's bank policy.
