Delivery terms:
• Delivery hours : starting from 3:00 PM.
• Orders after 9 PM : will not be delivered on the same day, but will be carried over to the next day unless the customer specifies a specific delivery date.
Delivery service:
• Delivery cost : It is calculated according to the price shown on the website based on your city, and delivery is done according to the period selected in your order details.
• On-time delivery : We are committed to delivering your order within the selected period, unless the recipient requests a change.
• Delivery Team : Flowery has a team of the best shipping staff, equipped with refrigerated vehicles to ensure that our products arrive in the best condition.
• Delivery delay : If delivery is delayed by more than 4 hours from the selected period, the customer may be eligible to receive a refund of half the order value as credit in the Flowery wallet.
• Delay due to the customer : The Flowery team is not obligated to deliver the order within the selected period if the recipient is late in sending his location.
Note:
•These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond our control, such as (not allowing entry to some establishments, incorrect recipient data, climatic factors, seasons, traffic congestion).
• Providing the correct address : The sender must provide the correct address and phone number of the recipient. The Flowery team will not be responsible for any compensation if the data is incomplete or incorrect or if the recipient does not answer the phone.
• Holiday and seasonal periods : Orders are processed within 24 hours, so we recommend submitting orders 24 hours before the required delivery date.
• Change of location or postponement : If the order went out with the driver based on the sending location, and then the recipient changed the location or requested to postpone the delivery, the buyer will bear the shipping cost again.
Application reception hours:
• Receiving requests : 24 hours a day.
